Program Implementation

Given the broad applicability of Compass, we are often contacted by hospitals/large treatment clinics that wish to use Compass for program-wide roll out of empirically supported treatment. Our program implementation package consists of preliminary consultation to assess the specific needs of your organization. Additionally, an expert will provide an onsite introductory workshop for all staff that will be using Compass in their clinical work. Further, a small group of clinicians (based on size of the organization) will become trainers in Compas, which will allow them to provide ongoing supervision/certification of other clinicians at the organization.
